Perform Defragment your hard disk by:
Start> all programs> accessories> system tools> disk defragmenter, defragment do all these directory location.

4. Reducing the Startup Program
Applications available at the time of startup will automatically work when the computer or laptop is turned on. A large number of applications in the switch at startup will slow down the performance of your computer or laptop when first turned on. Start> type services> in the search box> enter> right click on the services you want to disable> properties> disable or stop> click OK> restart.

8. Disable Display Features
Windows 7 has many features that are used to enhance the appearance. If this feature is enabled, so it will take VGA and memory, will consequently slow down the computer or laptop.
Disabling the feature display by:

  • Disable aero themes
    Right-click on the desktop> Personalize> select Windows 7 Basic
  • Disable aero peek
    Right-click on the taskbar> properties> uncheck the use aero peek to preview the desktop.
  • Disable aero shake
    Start> type gpedit.msc > enter> user configuration> administrative templates> desktop> on the right pane double-click turn off aero shake windows minimizing mouse gesture> enable> Ok.
  • Disable aero snap
    Control panel> ease of access> ease of access center> make the mouse Easier to use> put checks on the Prevent windows from being automatically arranged when to the edge of the screen> Ok.

9. Accelerating system shutdown
Speed up shutdown system can be done by:
Start> type in the search box regedit> enter> HKEY-LOCAL_MACHINE> SYSTEM> Current Control Set> Control> Wait To Kill Service TimOut right click> Modify> change the default value becomes smaller> OK.

10. Enable Core Boot
By enabling all the cores will speed up the boot process on your computer or laptop.

To enable this to be done by:
